Katrina Kaif might have just found her body-double in Tik-Tok star and model Alina Rai. The internet has, over the recent times helped big stars discover their long-lost twins such as Aishwarya Rai look-alike in Iranian model, Mahlagha Jaberi, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s doppelganger in Afghan man Abdul Salam Maftoon and now Kaif’s twin in Alina Rai.
While her social media pictures does the talking in pointing out the similarities with Kaif, fans every now and then never fails to remind her about the uncanny resemblance with Katrina Kaif. Her comment sections ae fluttered with posts commenting that she looks like the star. ‘’Katrina kaif 2’’wrote one user, another fans tagging Katrina Kaif herself wrote, ‘’@katrinakaif lookalike’’.
Talking about look-alikes, it is believed that there are supposedly seven people in the world who look just like you. With over 7 billion people, passing by your lookalikes is a rarity though not an impossibility. However, having an exact doppelgänger may be far less likely than you might think. A 2015 study by researchers in Australia crunched the numbers and investigated the probability of two people matching up exactly in eight key facial features.
They found that there's about a one in 135 chance that a pair of complete doppelgängers exist somewhere in the world. But the likelihood of someone walking around looking identical to you, specifically, in all eight facial features is only one in 1 trillion.
