Relieved I can let that bump hang free after months of stuffing it into costumes which fit me at the beginning of shoot schedules in July but were not so easy to zip up by mid September! And kudos to my style saviours @who_wore_what_when for coming up with innovative ways to cover it up! Wearing @cottonworldlive For @missmalini (see insta story for link)
In an interview with the Mumbai Mirror, Kalki opened up on Anurag's reaction, and shared, "He just welcomed me to the parents’ club and told me to call if I need anything. Seeing Aaliyah (Anurag’s daughter) growing up and my own brother Oriel too, I’ve already got a glimpse into this role of a lifetime."
Kalki also talked about having a baby out of wedlock, and stated, "What is this term ‘out of wedlock’? It belongs in a Shakespearean drama and not in a millennial world. Marriage can be useful for bureaucracy, but it is not a sign of love. Only time and consistency tell of a strong relationship."
Talking about marrying her beau, Guy Hershberg, Kalki said, "We have considered it for the purpose of parental rights and the nationality issue. But we don’t want to rush it because of societal pressures. We will see when the time feels right. It will be a registration and a quiet family gathering."
Talking about motherhood in an earlier interview with HT Brunch, Kalki had said, "I already feel the changes in the way I react to things. I am more deliberate, slower, more patient. When motherhood comes eventually, it brings with it a new consciousness to your sense of person."
On the work front, Kalki was last seen in the second season of Netflix’s Sacred Games. She played the role of Batya Abelman.
