The duo ever since Sara came clean about her crush for the candy-eyed star have been making headlines even resulting to gossips about the two of them to son be in a movie together. For long things were all rumours until stepmom, Kareena Kapoor Khan while appearing on the red couch of Koffee With Karan commented that the duo heartthrobs will make a god together onscreen. For many, Bebo’s revelation led to the conclusion that Kartik and Sara will be doing a film together. Well, it looks like the hype about the Luka Chuppi and Simmba star could have been right all along.
The rumours about Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan being a choice for in filmmaker Imtiaz Ali’s next have been backed up by a source. A source close to Mumbai Mirror, “Kartik, Sara and Randeep Hooda have been doing readings for a while now and the film is ready to go on the floors. Unlike Imtiaz's previous two films—- Jab Harry Met Sejal and Tamasha, which were set in foreign locales, this one largely unravels in Punjab and Delhi." It looks like the rumours have even been confirmed by the Luka Chuppi actor himself, he confirmed the development saying, “Yes, I am doing Imtiaz Sir next film- he is one of my favourite filmmakers and I have always wanted to work with him. I am glad it’s finally happening.”
Talking about Imtiaz Ali’s next, dad Saif Ali Khan who was earlier rumoured to play a crucial role brushed aside the claims stating that it is untrue. If the reports are true, the movie is likely to will also see Imtiaz's reunion with Randeep Hooda, who is reported to have a role similar to that of Rishi Kapoor’s in Love Aaj Kal.
