Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar are all set to enthral the audience with their upcoming film, Sooryavanshi. The two have wrapped up the shoot and it seems Khiladi Kumar is missing his time on the sets of the film. Recently, Akshay shared a video on his Instagram handle wherein Katrina is seen sweeping the floor with a broom. Akshay asks Katrina in the video, "What are you doing?" She says, "Saaf-safai." Then she approches Akshay with the broom and whacks him with it.

Sooryavanshi marks Katrina's first film with Rohit Shetty. She had shared a pic with the filmmaker in November last year, captioning it as "#Sooryavanshi Diaries with @itsrohitshetty and @kaybykatrina #itskaytobeyou". Earlier reports by Pinkvilla suggested that Akshay was hellbent on casting Katrina for the female lead contrary to Rohit Shetty's choices but seems like now they have mended their differences.
Akshay has worked with Katrina earlier in movies like Tees Mar Khan, Singh is King, Namste London. Rohit appeared in Neha Dhupia's show where he revealed that Katrina will be seen essaying the role of a doctor. Apart from Katrina and Akshay, Jackie Shroff wil be also a part of this film. Sooryavanshi will have cameos by Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh.
"To be in the same film with all these young stars is fantastic. It is a great opportunity to be part of a film like this, which gives me a lot of strength. It has been a great experience and a fantastic feeling working in 'Sooryavanshi'," Jackie had earlier said.
The shooting of the multi-starrer had begun in May and is set to hit the big screens on March 27th. The film will also feature a remake of the iconic 90s song Tip Tip Barsa Paani from Mohra.
