Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are all set to star in Luv Ranjan’s next film. Earlier, it was reported that Deepika Padukone will feature opposite Ranbir in the romantic drama.
Trade analyst Traan Adarsh shared the news on Twitter and wrote, ''IT’S OFFICIAL... #RanbirKapoor and #ShraddhaKapoor in Luv Ranjan’s next film [not titled yet]... Produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg... 26 March 2021 release.''

Meanwhile, Luv Ranjan was also supposed to bring Ajay Devgn and Ranbir together for a film. After some time, rumours of the film being shelved made it to social media. After which, Luv gave a statement to PTI, clearing that the film hasn't been shelved. He said, "It hasn't been shelved. The work is going on. There will be a proper announcement... That's when I will talk about it."
It’s not yet confirmed that Ajay will be a part of Luv's this film with Ranbir and Shraddha or not.
Ranbir is currently busy shooting for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. The film also stars Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in important roles. Recently, a video of Ranbir and Alia shooting a dance sequence went viral on social media.
In one of the videos, Alia and Ranbir, along with a group of background dancers, can be seen grooving to a song which seems to be from the film. Ranbir and Alia are both clad in casual t-shirt and jeans combo with a jacket thrown over it.
Ranbir also has another film, Shamshera, with Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in the pipeline.
