Parineeti Chopra is busy prepping up for her upcoming Saina Nehwal biopic in Mumbai. The actor is making all her efforts to get into the skin of the character and keeps on sharing videos and pictures from her practice sessions. However, her latest Insta post is a hilarious one. Parineeti shared a photo of herself lying on the badminton court.
She captioned it, "Hey guys, did you take any cool pictures of me training today? This is what they sent." Nehwal commented on the photo with a laughing emoticon as well.
In an earlier video, shared by Parineeti from the same practice session, the actress is seen acing the game like a pro.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Manav Kaul will play the role of coach in the Nehwal biopic. A source told Mirror, "(Director Amole Gupte) and his team felt that Manav would suit the role. He has begun prep and the research for his role. The film is expected to go on the floors from October."
Talking about her practice session for the film, Parineeti had said, "Prep usually starts early because we have booked courts in slots where there are no distractions of any kind. We start at 6 am and wind up by 8 pm. I will have to live this regimented life for the next nine months, but I am pretty kicked about it. I want to do justice to the film and to Saina."
Earlier Shraddha Kapoor was expected to play the role of Saina Nehwal, but she opted out of the film, and the role was offered to Parineeti Chopra.
