Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas got married in December and since then the two have been shelling out couple goals. The newlywed couple celebrated New Year in Switzerland and little glimpses from their trip are being shared with us. The duo is accompanied by Priyanka's mother Madhu Chopra, her brother Siddharth Chopra, Nick's parents Kevin and Denise Jonas, his brothers Joe and Franklin Jonas and Joe's fiancée and actress Sophie Turner on their vacation.Â
PeeCee took to her Instagram handle to share a picture with Nick as they celebrated their first New Year as husband and wife. The photo is too adorable and they can be seen sharing a kiss as they ring in 2019. She captioned the image saying, "From mine to yours.. Happy new year everyone!."

Priyanka and Nick got married on December 1 and 2 in Jodhpur’s majestic Umaid Bhawan in ceremonies held in accordance with both Hindu and Christian rituals. For the Hindu function, Priyanka chose a Sabyasachi creation while for the Christian ceremony she went with Ralph Lauren. The two also held receptions to celebrate their future.
In a recent interview with Vogue, Priyanka revealed few details about her Christian wedding. She said, ‘’I’ve spoken in front of heads of state, I’ve been on some of the most prolific stages in the world, but I was most afraid on this day! I think the most special moment was when the curtains opened and I saw him [Jonas] for the first time right at the altar and I was going to walk out… everything felt right. I think that for me was the most overwhelming moment, I was just like ‘Life’s great, nothing to worry about’.â€Â
During the interview, PeeCee spotlighted two couples who she and Jonas will always look up to. “His parents and my parents have had incredible marriages. They’ve had their mountains and valleys but have been very supportive to each other. I think that’s what we look up to. God has been a very integral part of both of our lives and so have our families, our big, fat, ginormous families and we love that; that’s our inspiration really to be able to have that all our lives.â€
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will be seen next in the film, The Sky is Pink.Â
