Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra’s wedding to American singer Nick Jonas has been one of the most talked about and celebrated buzz across the quarters. The couple tied the knot in an extravagant wedding affair in Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan palace. After days of excitement and fun-filled festivities, the much-in-love couple took their wedding vows in a Christian ceremony on Saturday, followed by a Hindu wedding on Sunday. Popularly known as NickYanka, hosted a grand wedding reception on December 4. Beginning from the pre-wedding rituals to walking the aisle with a 75-feet long trailing veil to cutting the 18-feet tall 6-tier dessert, the Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas wedding was in every form, royally humongous.

According to the People’s magazine, the Chrisitan wedding ceremony in Umaid Bhawan was an emotional affair for both the families, as revealed by the couple. Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, walked down the aisle with her darling daughter, who also turned eyeballs while shaking a leg at NickYanka Sangeet ceremony. What came as another big surprise (big turns out to be a very small word in NickYanka wedding) and took everyone by charm, was their magnanimous wedding cake. According to reports, the wedding cake was a towering 18 feet tall 6-tier dessert which was created by chefs flown in by Nick from Dubai and Kuwait. The cake looked truly magnificent, fitting perfectly to the fairytale-like royal wedding affair.

In the Hindu-styled traditional wedding, PeeCee was seen wearing Sabyasachi’s red-coloured saree, while she was dolled up in a perfect white Ralph Lauren wedding gown with a magnanimous 75-feet trailing veil for her Catholic wedding.

For the Hindu pre-wedding ceremonies, Priyanka and Nick wore Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla’s embellishment. While Priyanka’s brothers carried her 'dulha' on their shoulders for her Mehendi ceremony, the actor looked every bit of beauty in a fabulously folksy, multi-hued organdy ensemble by Abu Jani. Dancing and cheering their way, the 'baaratis' seem to enjoy the Indian festivities with sheer jubilance. Nick looked his handsome self in an aqua bakhiya Indian traditional attire, also by the same designer.
For the sangeet ceremony, Priyanka stole the limelight with her fully hand embroidered sequins saaree in gold and silver and Nick looked princely in an open midnight blue sherwani with silk thread detailing, also by the designer Abu Jani.
