Salman Khan who turned 54 became mamu for the second time, all thanks to sister Arpita Khan and husband Ayush Sharma who became parents to a baby girl today.
The couple, who are already parents to three-year-old son Ahil, were blessed with a daughter on Salman's 54th birthday.
"With great joy and immense pleasure, we announce that we have been blessed with a baby girl. On this joyous occasion, we would like to thank our family, friends and all our well-wishers for their unconditional support.
"We also extended a humble thank you to our media friends and to our fans for their constant love and support. This journey couldn’t have been complete without you all," the statement from the family read.
It's been more than four years since Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma tied the knot. The couple, who had a big fat Indian wedding in Hyderabad has been together for a long time before entering marital bliss. The news of Arpita’s second pregnancy did rounds in June after she was spotted with a bump during the success part of Bharat.
Aayush, who made his acting debut with "Love Yatri", will next star in an action-drama film, titled "Kwatha".
