Recently, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt posted a throwback picture of his late mother Nargis Dutt along with a heartwarming message on her birth anniversary. The Kalank actor took to social media again and this time to wish his late father Sunil Dutt. On his father’s birth anniversary today (June 6th), Sanjay Dutt shared a nostalgic picture of himself with his father.
The Munna Bhai MBBS actor took to Instagram to share a throwback photo with dad on his birth anniversary and wrote, "Happy birthday dad. I miss you."

In the black-and-white photo, we can see Sunil Dutt spending a quality time with his children i.e. Sanjay and Namratha.
Previously, talking to the reporters, Sanjay Dutt had said, "Whatever I am today is because of my father. He is my inspiration and I miss him every day. I did not always share an easy relationship with him. But he always stood by me. I wish he was here to see me as a free man and the beautiful family that I have today. He would have been proud."
It is to be noted that Sunil Dutt was one of the most renowned and busiest actors of his time in Bollywood. The actor began his Bollywood career in the 1950s and went onto work till the 2000s. He is remembered for his performances in films like Mother India, Sujata, Waqt and Padosan. Sunil Dutt shared screen space with Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani's Munna Bhai and Lage Raho Munna Bhai. Unfortunately, the actor passed away due to cardiac arrest in 2005.
On the work front, Sanjay Dutt was last seen in multi-starrer film Kalank. The actor is currently shooting for yet another period drama Panipat. Sanjay Dutt will also feature in Sadak 2, Prasthanam and Shamshera.
