Sara Ali Khan has been on the love radar since her statement about Kartik Aaryan hit the headlines. The new debutante, Sara created quite a stir after she expressed her desire to date Pyar Ka Punchnama fame Kartik Aaryan on popular celebrity talk show Koffee With Karan 6.
During the Rapid Fire segment, Karan asked Sara: "An actor you would like to date?" Before Sara could answer the question, KJo said, "You've already said that," hinting at Sara's previous answer, where she said that she wishes to marry Ranbir Kapoor. Much to KJo's surprise, Sara also had a reply to this question. She said, "I want to marry Ranbir Kapoor. I don't want to date him. I want to date Kartik Aaryan."
After this confession by Sara, Kartik was asked about her on the sidelines of the Lux Golden Rose Awards. "I don't know what to say but I think she is really pretty." He added, "Haan, matlab coffee pina chahunga", said a blushing Kartik Aryan.
All throughout her movie promotion events for Kedarnath and Simmba, Sara has expressed it clear that she is waiting for the handsome hunk to ask her out on a date.
Recently, during an interaction with Box Office India, the interviewer suggested Sara to DM Kartik on Instagram to which the actress replied wittingly, “No, no, no...how much! I have said it everywhere. Itna bhi desparate nahi. Mom said you must wait. So, I am waiting!”
Sara is currently following her mom Amrita’s advise to wait for Kartik Aaryan to ask her out and cut off on desperate attempts.

The eye-candy actor was, however, spotted entering an upscale restaurant for an evening date with Chunky Pandey’s daughter and SOTY2 star Ananya Pandey and then leaving in Ananya's car who is reported to have gotten grown close with Kartik.
Kartik Aaryan's debut film was Pyaar Ka Punchnama. He was last seen in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. The actor recently wrapped the schedule of Luka Chuppi, co-starring Kriti Sanon.
