Anything or everything about SRK is bound to shake social media, a similar instance is his birthday. As Bollywood's Badshah turns 51, he continues to rule our heart as the Baadshah of Bollywood and King of Romance. So before you peep into SRK career so far we would say, picture abhi baaki hai mere dost!

#His leading role as Commando Abhimanyu Rai in the 1988 TV serial Fauji made him instantly popular. His next TV show, Circus, was a big hit too.

#Shah Rukh Khan made his Bollywood debut in 1992 with Deewana where he starred opposite Divya Bharti. The role won him the Filmfare Best Debut (Male) Award.

#It was Baazigar (1993), which cast him in the role of an anti-hero role, that proved to be SRK's breakthrough film. The runaway hit earned him a first Filmfare Best Actor Award and we fell in love with the SRK-Kajol jodi forever.

#The iconic Shah Rukh Khan has appeared in more than 80 Bollywood films. SRK has earned numerous accolades, including 14 Filmfare Awards. 

#Shah Rukh Khan has been honored with the Padma Shri by the Indian Goverment, and the Government of France awarded him both the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres and the Legion d'honneur.

#SRK is co-chairman of the motion picture production company Red Chillies Entertainment and is the co-owner of the Indian Premier League cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders. 

#King Khan was honoured with UNESCO's Pyramide con Marni award in 2011 for his support of children's education.
