Shahid Kapoor's cordial terms with ex-girlfriend actress Kareena Kapoor post their break-up has always grabbed the eyeballs.
And while Bebo along with her hubby Saif Ali Khan recently welcomed their first child with Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi on December 20, everyone was waiting for Shahid's reaction to it.
While, the actor hasn't posted anything on social media so far, reports stated that Sasha was quite happy when he got the news of Kareena's baby.
Reportedly, Shahid was on the sets of Padmavati, when he got to know about the arrival of Bebo's son Taimur.
"A close friend to Shahid gave him the news of Kareena delivering a baby boy and he was very happy for her," said the media reports.
Interestingly, Shahid and met Bebo earlier on the Lux Awards Red Carpet, when the diva was heavily pregnant.
“Yes, I did bump into her and it was heartwarming to see her fully pregnant, because I’ve just been through (that experience of) having a baby. I felt happy for her. I asked her when she was due, and she told me it is sometime next month. She also asked about Misha. So it was very nice,” Shahid was quoted as saying.
Shahid too had entered parenthood this year after the arrival of his daughter Misha in August this year.
It will be interesting to see if Taimur and Misha will grow up being good friends.
