Shahid Kapoor started 2018 on a rocking note as his first release, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat was super-successful at the box-office. The actor received a lot of adulation and praise for his role as Raja Rawal Ratan Singh. The handsome actor recently made an appearance with his younger brother Ishaan Khatter on the latest episode of Koffee With Karan with filmmaker and host Karan Johar.
While Shahid has appeared in all the five previous installments of the show, Ishaan will be marking his debut on Koffee with Karan.
Being the mischievous host that Karan is, He popped up a witty question to Shahid Kapoor. If given the power, memories of which of his former girlfriends Priyanka Chopra or Kareena Kapoor Khan would Shahid Kapoor like to forget? quipped Karan. To which Batti Gul MEter Chalu actor gave a rather sweet response. He said, “See, my relationship with Kareena was longer and with Priyanka, it was shorter. I think the man that I am today is because of all the experiences that I’ve had. So I wouldn’t want to delete any of the memories. It’s taught me a lot."
KJo also quizzed Ishaan whether he is romantically involved with his Dhadak co-star Janhvi Kapoor. Ishaan denied to such rumours as had Jahnvi in the previous episode of the chat show when she took over the couch with her brother Arjun Kapoor. Ishaan replied that him and Janhvi just like to hang out together, watch movies, eat food and listen to South Indian songs. To this, Shahid made an amusing remark. “He ‘buzzes around a lot of people’ and that Janhvi shouldn’t feel special about it.”, said Shahid Kapoor.
After celebrity siblings sharing the couch on the famous chat show like Arjun Kapoor-Janhvi Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor-Rhea and Harshvardhan, now, Shahid Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter have signed their own coffee cups for KJo’s show.
