Veteran Bollywood actor Raj Kishore breathed his last in Gurgaon On Thursday night following heart-attack. He was 85.
Raj Kishore played the role of a prisoner in Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Hema Malini and Jaya Bachchan starrer Sholay. He was also part of films like Padosan, Hare Ram Hare Krishna and Deewar, to name a few.
The actor is survived by his wife and son.
“Raj was keeping unwell and was going through some stomach issues. But he was not bedridden. He suffered a heart attack few days back and passed away late on Thursday night at his residence in Gurgaon’’, Nupur Alankar, member of CINTAA told PTI.
The last rites of the talented actor were performed at Aarey Crematorium on Friday, Alankar added.Â
