Shraddha Kapoor has excused herself from appearing in the much talked about Koffee With Karan chat show as she was hit by dengue fever, sources close to the actress said.

The Stree star was supposed to grace the chat show with co-star Rajkummar Rao for the latest season.
Following their blockbuster success of the horror comedy and their onscreen chemistry, Karan Johar had approached Shraddha and Rajkummar for the chat show. Now that Shraddha is out, Karan is on a hunt for her replacement.

The actress is currently busy shooting for Saaho and the Saina Nehwal biopic -Saina. Directed by Amol Gupte, Saina will showcase Shraddha Kapoor as the celebrated shuttler.
