Ajay Devgn has come a long way ever since he decided to remove the ashtray from the table for good. While Devgn’s puffing habit doesn’t come as a shocker, the number of cigarettes the actor indulges in once upon a time is scary. The exactitude of Devgn’s smoking habits was dug up in a video during the launch of last year’s Raid. On being asked by the host about the 1 habit he would like to put out, the actor disclosed,
"I do smoke once in a while, but I don't smoke 100 cigarettes a day anymore like before’’.
As for his work load, the actor has a line of movies lined up. He will be seen in period drama, Tanhaji –The Unsung Hero, Sooryavanshi, Bhuj –The Pride of India and Maidaan. Set in the 17th century, Tanhaji which had its trailer release last week is based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, a military leader in the army of Maratha ruler Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
The movie will see Devgn and wife Kajol are coming together onscreen after a gap of nine years with their last film being, Toonpur Ka Super Hero. The movie will also reunite Saif and Ajay Ali Khan and Devgn after the 2006s Vishal Bhardwaj directorial ‘Omkara’.
