Shahid Kapoor recently appeared on Neha Dhupia’s chat show, BFFs with Vogue and talked about the weddings of his former girlfriends. A Mumbai Mirror report quoted him as saying, ''About Kareena, I don’t remember, it was a while ago. I don’t think I was invited,'' he said.
After breaking up with Shahid, Kareena got married to Saif Ali Khan in 2012. Shahid also revealed that Priyanka Chopra, whom he dated for a while, had invited him to Mumbi reception after she got married to Nick Jonas last year.
On Koffee With Karan 6, when Shahid was asked if he wants to delete any memories of Kareena or Priyanka, he had replied, "See, my relationship with Kareena was longer and with Priyanka, it was shorter. I think the man that I am today is because of all the experiences that I’ve had. So I wouldn’t want to delete any of the memories. It’s taught me a lot."
Shahid also revealed that he was offered a role in Rang De Basanti and he regrets not doing it. He told Neha, ''I regret not doing the film. They wanted me to play the role of Siddharth. I’d cried while reading the script and loved it, but unfortunately couldn’t make time for it.''
On the professional front, Shahid Kapoor will be next seen in Kabir Singh, a remake of Telugu hit Arjun Reddy. The film also stars Kiara Advani in a prominent role. The film is slated to hit the screens on June 15.
