Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is riding high these days. The actress, after winning accolades in Bollywood, has also succeeded in leaving a mark in Hollywood with her stellar performance in American series ‘Quantico’.
But while she is shining bright in Hollywood, there have been reports of her tough competition with Deepika Padukone who too will be making her big debut there.
DP will be seen opposite Hollywood star Vin Diesel in ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’.
Deepika and Priyanka have been two of the leading ladies of Bollywood and considering their achievements here and their path to take over the world, a comparison was quite obvious.
But looks like PeeCee has set aside the competition factor and sent her best wishes to Deepika for her big Hollywood debut. The ‘Barfi’ actress has also sung praises for Deepika as well.
"I’ve always said that Deepika is extremely talented and beautiful as well. I wish her the best for xXx: Return of Xander Cage. The trailers look amazing. I hope she gets the recognition that she is aiming for,” Priyanka told a leading daily.
Well, the actress has once again proved that she is indeed a classy lass, who knows the trick of maintaining healthy competitive spirit.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will soon be seen in Dwayne Johnson starring Hollywood flick ‘Baywatch’, in which the diva will be seen as an antagonist. ‘Baywatch’ is scheduled to release on May 26 next year.
