The trailer of Kriti Sanon and Diljit Dosanjh's starrer comedy flick Arjun Patiala is out. After much re-scheduling the movie will release on July 26th.
While Kriti plays a journalist named Ritu, Diljit potrays the character of a cop for the second time after Udta Punjab yet in a quirky way. They're joined by Rohit Roy, Varun Sharma and Manjot Singh in the cast.
Prior to the trailer's release, the makers also unveiled new posters featuring the lead pair along with Sharma, who plays Dosanjh's assistant Onida.
Diljit sharing the trailer wrote, "Indian cinema ki 245th policewaali picture. Par India ka pehla honest trailer."
Arjun Patiala is directed by Rohit Jugraj and produced by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series and Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films. The release of the movie will clash with Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao-starrer Mental Hai Kya. It was earlier scheduled to release on 19 July.
Directed by Rohit Jugraj, "Arjun Patiala" is described as a character-driven comedy with a touch of magic realism and music.
