New Delhi:

When one talks about Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, there are little, almost zero chances that name of Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan will come in your mind. But looks like, the world is abuzz with the biggest dating rumour on planet Earth – Lohan is apparently ‘dating’ Saudi Crown Prince. Yes, you read it right!! It all started with a ‘credit card’ being gifted to Lohan way back in August. The rumours were so strong that Lohan had to issue a clarification via her representative stating that ‘no credit card had been exchanged.’ The ‘Mean Girls’ star, known for her reality TV shows and colourful lifestyle has been going steady with the Crown Prince, one of the most powerful men in the world.

However, her father Michael Lohan has denied the rumours. Though he accepted that Lohan and MBS knew each other, he denied any romantic angle. He said his daughter and the Crown Prince were in a ‘platonic and respectful friendship.’ In an interview to the New York Post, Lohan senior said that, “Lindsay has a lot of powerful friends in the Middle East, because she is huge out there. Lindsay met MBS because of the work she has been doing in the Middle East. She is working to help people in the region, particularly refugees.”

Though there have been reports about Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s unique initiatives to modernise the kingdom, he is rather known to people for his alleged association in the Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi’s murder. MBS has regularly denied ordering the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Earlier, in an interview to popular news programme ‘60 Minutes’, Mohammed bin Salman said that he would take "full responsibility" for the killing as it was committed by Saudi government employees. The CIA assessment had found that MBS had authorized the murder.
