Charlie’s Angels reboot trailer just dropped! Much like the 2000 romp starring Lucy Liu, Drew Barrymore and Cameroon Diaz, the Elizabeth Banks reboot starring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Jane Ella Balinska is a jar or pretty faces that has a kickass side.
We see the Charlie’s Angels trailer open with Kristen Stewart taking on a goon of crooks, backflipping and wriggling the window curtains as a secret agent, a scene very much reminiscent to the Drew Barrymore scene which then is joined by Ella Ballisnka with smokey-eye who sprang in from no-where as an aide. The duo is also later joined by Princess Jasmine aka Naomi Scoots in this endeavour of the now-global security enterprise the Townsend Agency, hired for their protection and intelligence services. The best of the trailer apart from the wigs and the tracks is one second mention of Internet’s latest lover, Nick Centineo as a very hot nerd.
With the caption by Sony Pictures Entertainment that says, ‘Don’t judge a girl by her cover’ we can only wait until November 15. As of now, we are more than happy with amazing tracks by Janelle Monae's "Make Me Feel’’ in the opening moments and other three of pop music's biggest female performers in Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, and Lana Del Rey that will also make an entry in this new reboot.
Charlie’s Angels also stars Sir Patrick Stewart as Charlie, Sam Claflin, Damon Hounsou, and Elizabeth Banks herself.
