Los Angeles:
Actor Linda Cardellini has joined the cast of 'Green Book'.
The period drama, to be directed by Peter Farrelly, also features Mahershala Ali and Viggo Mortensen, reported Variety.
The film follows an Italian-American bouncer (Mortensen) who in the year 1962 is hired to drive Dr. Don Shirley (Ali), one of the world-famous jazz pianist, on a concert tour from New York City through the pre-Civil Rights era Deep South.

Farrelly wrote the script, along with Nick Vallelonga andBrian Currie.
The project will be produced by Jim Burke, CharlesWessler, and Farrelly along with Vallelonga and Currie.
