Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt’s eldest son Maddox who just got enrolled at Yonsei University in South Korea has broken silence on his estranged ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’ star dad. In a footage obtained by In Touch Weekly, a reporter asked whether Brad would be visiting him at Yonsei University in South Korea where he is a new student, the 18-year-old replied,

‘I don’t know about that [or] what’s happening.’ He also remained coy when asked if his relationship with his dad is over, stating: ‘Well, whatever happens, happens.’

Following his parents split in 2016 rumours claim that tension between dad and son have mounted with Us Weekly even alleging that Maddox, ‘doesn’t really see himself as Brad’s son’.

However, an insider said Brad was hopeful’ their issues would be resolved, telling the publication: ‘Brad’s hopeful that as his son gets older, they’ll become close again.’

Mum Angelina Jolie was captured last month trying to keep it together as she drops him off to study biochemistry in South Korea. In many of the footages captured by fans, Jolie can be seen holding back tears as she interacts with fans and students of Yonsei University in Seoul.

While the mother of 6 her herself back together, she admitted to ET that she cried an ‘embarrass-your-children-cry’

“I … had the big glasses, and the amount of times I turned and waved. I do know it was the one moment in my life I think I turned around six times before the airport just…,” Jolie told ET at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California, on Saturday.

“What was very beautiful is the way everybody said goodbye. When it was time to take him to the airport – some jumped into the car to take him – and everybody was, it was very…” she told the outlet.

 “And he sweetly stayed and kept waving, knowing that I was going to keep turning around. You could feel he knew he couldn’t leave.”

“I am very proud of him. He is ready — he’s good,” she also told Extra.
