With the eighth season of Game of Thrones rolling, the answer to finding out which character of GOT will be seated atop the coveted Iron Throne only heightens. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister in the HBO fantasy saga spilled a lot of beans about fate of Westeros. During a promotional event, Waldau was asked to take his pick for the throne, and his answer is one we didn’t see coming. While Jamie thinks his brother, Tyrion Lannister is smart he adds that "he is no fighter." He however thinks that Arya will be the one to rule Westeros. "She (Arya) is probably the most authoritative of them all. She will kill him and put on his face," he says, according to IANS.
Asked to choose between Arya Stark and his own character, he said, "There is no question, she just killed Tyrion, she will be coming in as Tyrion saying 'hey brother' and will kill me."
The surprises just don’t stop there. When asked on Arya Stark versus Daenerys Targaryen, he said, "Arya is now wearing Tyrion's face and she will come like 'hey my queen, how are you?' and Daenerys will ask 'hey I want to kill some more people with my dragons, where is Jon?' to which Arya will say, 'Oh! Jon is dead and now you are dead too'."
The final season of GOT began airing on 15 April in India and will finish this May 19.
