London:
Pop star Lady Gaga, who has more than 39 millions followers on Twitter, seems to have quit the micro-blogging site.
The 27-year-old 'Poker Face' hitmaker's profile now shows a generic egg and underneath the short bio reads, "This interface has been shutdown temporarily. Please check back for updates", reported Contactmusic.
Some believe that it is part of a pre-release marketing campaign for Gaga's new album 'Artpop' which will releases later this year.
Gaga is the second most-followed person on Twitter with more than 39 millions followers. Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber takes the number one spot with more than 41 millions followers.
Along with removal of profile image, all of her own tweets since February 6 have been deleted.
