Alright, alright, alright to Matthew McConaughey’s new rumoured role! The cast of the Robert Pattinson starrer, The Batman, is coming to a full swing and McConaughey may be playing noble district Attorney Harvey Dent in the upcoming reboot. However, McConaughey’s name isn’t the only name on the list as sources claim the likes of John David Washington’s name also being thrown into the mix. So, until Reeves confirm the news with another gif we have to wait till then.

Last week, Matt Reeves took to Twitter that Jeffrey Wright GIF will be playing Commissioner Gordon in The Batman alongside Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, and Paul Dano as the Riddler.

The Oscar-winning actor who is also a film professor at the University of Texas at Austin was seen joining Lewis Hamilton as a special guest after picking up his sixth F1 title.

The Batman will explore a detective case — when people start dying in strange ways, Batman must go deep into the dark world of Gotham to find clues and solve the mystery/conspiracy connected to Gotham City’s history and criminals,” reads reported plot details that surfaced over the summer. “In the film, all of Batman’s Rogues Gallery are already out there and active, similar to the comics and animated shows/movies. The film will have multiple villains, as they are all suspects.”

The Batman will be released in theaters on June 25, 2021.
