Mulan trailer just dropped nearly a year after receiving its first look. A Disney remake of the 1998 American animated musical action adventure film produced by Disney Feature Animation, the teaser trailer of the Chinese legend of Hua Mulan juxtaposes one stunning aesthetics and fierce action sequences.

With Liu Yifei as Mulan in the titular character, the clip begins with some stunning aesthetics and visuals with Mulan's mother informing her that a "perfect" suitor has been found for her, and that she should start preparing for the matrimony as she says “Yes, I will bring honour to us all’’. The teaser takes us into a two way preparation as Mulan gets decked up for her wedding and also for her inner warrior which will go against the "quiet, composed, graceful, disciplined," as she turns into a ferocious skilled warrior made clear by lines such as "It is my duty to fight’’. Unlike most or all of Disney remakes, Mulan teaser trailer skips the singing session, though director, Niki Caro had earlier stated that music would undoubtedly play an important role in the project. Until the official teaser trailer, we can only wait till then.
Also starring Jet Li, Jimmy Wong, Donnie Yen, and Gong Li, Mulan which has been in production for years now, with its initial 2008 release date was pushed back to spring 2020.
The original animated Mulan came out in 1998 and received raves of positive reviews even earning one Academy Award nomination for the musical score until Disney decided a live-action remake.
Mulan is scheduled to open March 27, 2020, in the US and UK.
