Mika Singh has stirred controversy yet again. Admist growing India Pakistan tension over the Narendra Modi government revoking Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, the singer and performer has reached Pakistan for religious rituals at Baba Guru Nanak Gurudwara in Nankana Sahib.
However, recently a video posted by a Pakistani journalist Hamid Mir shows the singer performing at a concert, invoking much outrage among netizens.
The journalists claim Mika Singh came to Pakistan in the second week of August and met several government officials during his visit. It is pertinent to mention that the Indian singer Mika Singh and his team were granted visa on 29th July 2019, just a few days before India revoked Kashmir’s special status.
Pakistani singer Faakhir Mehmood too has shared the video and said, "Kashmir remains in complete lockdown but as free country we can do what we like. Why not an Indian singer come, perform here, earns tax free $$$ and leave as did one yesterday. But of course, religion and patriotism is for the poor."

The singer left for India through Wagah Border on Friday.
