Superstar Rajinikanth has been busy shooting for his upcoming film Darbar, being directed by AR Murugadoss. The actor will be seen playing a cop in the film and will be donning the khakhi after almost two decades. Recently, Rajinikanth was spotted at a private college in Mumbai. Reports are rife that the actor had gone to the college to attend an event.
A video of Rajinikanth entering the college has hit the internet. He was received with an arousing welcome from a sea of fans as he walked into the college. In the background, you could hear the famous Lungi Dance from Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone's Chennai Express.
Rajinikanth’s Darbar will see Nayanthara as the leading lady and she has already shot for her portions. Actor Prateik Babbar has also joined the cast of Darbar and will be seen playing the lead antagonist.
In an earlier interview, AR Murugadoss said that the film is not a political entertainer. He assured that Darbar will be a full-fledged commercial flick which will appeal to people of all age groups.
