As Bollywood gears up to witness the year's biggest action thriller, War, Tollywood has released the second trailer of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy that with its larger than life sets, gruelling action scene, impactful dialogues has blockbuster written all over. 

After intriguing posters and first trailer, the makers have now released the second trailer of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the new Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy trailer in Hindi: "Second trailer of #SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy... 2 Oct 2019 release in multiple languages... #SyeRaa #SyeRaaTrailer [#Hindi]".

 

Before you book tickets for the movie that hit theatres on Gandhi Jayanti. October 2, here's what you should know about the film. 
Set in the 1850s, the film revolves around the life of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy (played by Chiranjeevi), who used Guerrilla techniques to revolt against the British. 

Narashima Reddy along with 5000 peasants were protesting changes to the traditional agrarian system introduced by the British to increase revenue. 

A battle between Reddy's 5000-strong band and a much smaller British contingent then took place, with around 200 of the rebels being killed and others captured before they were able to break out in the direction of Kotakota.

In a further skirmish between the rebels and the British, who had sent for reinforcements, 40 - 50 rebels were killed and 90 were captured, including Reddy.

Produced by Ram Charan, who has earlier played the role of a warrior in Magadheera, always wanted his dad Chiranjeevi to don a warrior’s armour for a movie. He has finally made this dream come true with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has also played a cameo in the movie and plays the role of Reddy's mentor.

The climax action sequence was shot for 35 nights with almost 2000 junior artistes and fighters from India and abroad being roped in.

 

A whopping Rs 45 crore was spent just for the visual effects of the film. About 17 studios around the world were reportedly involved in creating the VFX portions in the film. 

International stuntmen Lee Whittaker and George Powell choreographed the action part in the film that will leave the audience enthralled.
