Bigg Boss 11 winner and TV actress Shilpa Shinde has always managed to grab the limelight for expressing her views unabashedly. The actress has been quite vocal about her thoughts and never shied away from expressing it via her social media accounts. However, Shilpa recently decided to quit Twitter and the actress' fans were left shocked and equally puzzled.Â
Shilpa's Twitter handle went with the name ShindeShilpaS and if you try to open it, it says page does not exist. The actress spoke to India-forums and confirmed the deletion of her account. She said, "Social media is a brutal place. My fans are extremely possessive about me. So when there are negative comments about me or people are trolling me, my feed is flooded by fan messages. See, I'm least bothered by haters, but my fans go reckless about it."
Shilpa feels that Twitter is not made for her. "Social media is for socializing, for expressing views, but people want to know everything. I feel social media is not for me," she added and also confirmed that she is not coming on Twitter again,’’ she said.
