Upasana Singh has expressed her concern over the much talked about fiasco between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover and said that it was unfortunate that the two close friends are at loggerheads now.
Tha actress also hoped that the two comedians will resolve things soon and will be back together.
"Kapil and Sunil have been thick friends. They know each other since a long time and shared a great rapport. It was very unfortunate that such a thing happened between them, but I feel everything will be fine. I want them to patch up. We are like a family and every family goes through ups and downs and have their share of fights. However, in the end, everyone comes together. I feel they will become friends again," Upasna told a leading daily.
It was reported that Kapil Sharma had allegedly assaulted Sunil Grover during a flight and even thew a shoe at him in front of the passengers. Post the incident, Gorver had left Kapil's show.
Interestingly, Upasana's statement came after it was reported that she is making a comeback on The Kapil Sharma Show.
The veteran actress, who was a part of Kapil's team during the show 'Comedy Night With Kapil', had parted with the team post Sharma's fallout with Colors.
However, later Singh joined the team on 'The Kapil Sharma Show' for a while before she went missing again.
Confirming the news of her comeback, Upasana was quoted saying, "I am not playing Bua this time. It is a different character and it will be a continuous role. I am doing a couple of other projects as well like Nach Baliye 8 and Judwaa 2 so, when I will be busy working on them, I won't be seen here. Paresh Ganatra will play my husband. I am really happy to be back and having a great time with the team."
Only time will reveal if Upasana's comeback will be able to revive the lost spark on The Kapil Sharma's Show.
