Sunil Grover recently hogged the headlines for his second round of nasty tiff with Kapil Sharma. The two comedians got into war of words over Kapil's new show Family Time With Kapil Sharma.
There have been reports that Sunil will be a part of Sharma's upcoming show and that the two will be reuniting after almost a year.
Although Grover rubbished the reports of him joining FTWKS, he has admitted that he was willing to consider working on Kapil's new show.
However, the popular comedian had his conditions before signing FTWKS.
Reportedly, Grover has asserted that he would have considered the show if he was offered the same.
He also mentioned that while he holds no grudges against Kapil, he feels lucky to be part of Sharma's previous show The Kapil Sharma Show.
During his recent interview with Spotboye, Sunil said, "Yes, so many people keep saying to join the same team wherever I go. I would have considered it, yes. We, all of us, have worked as a team and have been lucky to be a part of the most successful show. I am not holding grudges against him. It's been long since our previous show got over".
Notably, Sunil had claimed that he hasn't received any call from the makers or Kapil for FTWKS yet.
"His new show plans I got to know much later, almost when everybody else got to know. I can't sign up a show through media invites. There are many aspects involved before joining a show. At least a call. There were no calls whatsoever from anybody related to the show. Actually I wanted to clarify. Wherever I was going, I felt that people are holding an impression that i am being haughty and arrogant in not agreeing to work with Kapil in his new show. Surely, I couldn't barge on his set. Anyway, thank you for connecting with me at the right time. I don't know what exactly he has been going around saying and why he hasn't clarified yet that he hasn't offered me the new show," Sunil added.
Interestingly, there have been reports that makers did approach Grover for Family Time With Kapil Sharma, but Sunil expressed his discomfort with the show's title.
Reportedly, Sunil had asked the producers to change the show's name to which the makers politely denies.
Family Time With Kapil Sharma will mark Kapil's return on Indian television and will go on air March 25. The show will also feature Neha Pendse, Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar in key roles.
