Bigg Boss is one of the most popular shows on television and everything around it always ends up creating a lot of buzz. The 13th season of the highly-awaited show is expected to go on air from September 29. This time, it is being reported that the show will only have celeb contestants and the makers are currently busy roping in popular celebrities for Bigg Boss 13. Unlike the previous 12 Bigg Boss seasons that was held in Lonavla, the house for season 13 is going to be erected in Mumbai at Film City, Goregaon.
Also, as per a new report by TellyChakkar, the prize money of season 13 of Salman Khan’s show might also be increased from Rs 50 Lakhs to Rs 1 Crore. The report also stated that the task which leads to a reduction in prize money might also be scrapped. As per the report, every Bigg Boss season, makers face issues in getting celebs due to the prize money. Hence, they might have decided to double the same.
This year, Salman Khan will be reportedly joined by another known face, who will be the co-host. If reports are to be believed, Salman Khan will be charging a whopping Rs 13 crore per week.
The show will reportedly bring an end to Debina Bonerjee's supernatural show Vish: A Poisonous Story and Pearl V Puri's thriller, Bepanah Pyaar. A report in IB Times stated, ''Makers of Bigg Boss have brought a change in timing for season 3. While last year the show was aired at 9 pm, Bigg Boss 13 will be aired at 10 pm every day. It will replace Bepanah Pyaarr and Vish, which will go off air after Bigg Boss 13 starts.''
