After news of Shahid Kapoor not returning on Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa as judge, it was expected that Kareena Kapoor Khan would take the hot seat. But, now we hear Jacqueline Fernandez's name has been confirmed by the makers for judge post.
There were rumours that Karan Johar, who is also a judge on show, wanted Kareena Kapoor Khan to be roped in for the show. But all speculations came to a halt when Jacqueline shot a promo for the show on June 2.
"Jacqueline shot for the promo of the show on Friday. The last season of the show had Shahid Kapoor and Lauren Gottlieb as judges along with Ganesh Hegde and Karan Johar . However, this season will see Jacqueline replacing Shahid as a judge. Lauren might also not be part of the show. Karan and Hegde might return to the show," a source was quoted in a news report.
Jacqueline was recently seen in the Bollywood movie Housefull 3, which is doing good business on Box Office.
