Bringing back a show that has broken stereotypes back in the day, series creator and producer Siddharth Malhotra is excited and nervous at the prospect of the return of Sanjivani, popular filmmaker Karan Johar congratulated and encouraged Malhotra on his social media for the return of this iconic show. Siddharth responded with an emotional tweet expressing his love for Johar and the craft.
”A show that gave me my identity in television, I bring back today with loads of love and passion and whom better than my mentor, guide and someone I always look upto to wish me and begin today’s post to remind all of us to tune in tonight”, says the producer.
Producer-director series creator Siddharth Malhotra has always set the bar high in every project he has taken on.
Whether it was creating Dil Mil Gaye or Sanjivani at a time when these genres has remained unexplored for Indian audiences or directing a film like Hichki, which after being rejected by several production houses, had a great run at the box office, Siddharth has always foreseen the changes in the audiences’ preferences.
His return with the second season of Sanjivani is eagerly awaited by viewers, industry folk and critics alike.
