All the ladies out there, television’s popular actor Gautam Rode is officially taken now. The ‘Saraswatichandra’ star married his long-time girlfriend Pankhuri Awasthy in a destination wedding on Monday.
The two talented actors who were part of the hit mythological show- Surya Putra Karna walked down the aisle in Alwar, Rajasthan. Gautam and Pankhuri became the first small screen couple to take the plunge in 2018.
Pankhuri who was last seen on ‘Kya Kasoor Hai Amla Hai’ simply looked beautiful dressed up in a red and golden lehenga. The ‘Aksar 2’ complimented her in a cream-coloured sherwani.
Both the stars took to Instagram to share their first pictures after their royal wedding and express their joy of the new beginning of marital life. Check out the pictures right here.Â
Gautam and Pankhuri first met on the sets of &TV’s Razia Sultan but their love blossomed while working on Surya Putra Karn.
Fans have not been able to control their excitement ever since the two announced their engagement during Diwali last year.
The much-in-love couple’s chemistry was in full display during their sangeet ceremony when they gave a romantic performance on ‘Dil Diyaan Gallaan’.
