Akshay's Kumar upcoming movie 'Gold' has been making waves due to its gripping storyline and its star cast.
The sports drama will mark the Bollywood debut of small screen's very own 'Naagin' aka Mouni Roy. Another television actress has been added to the star cast.
Nikita Dutta who is all set to star in upcoming show Haasil will be part of the Reema Kagti directorial. The actress will be seen opposite Sunny Kaushal in the movie.
According to Mumbai Mirror, "Nikita started shooting for her portions in the film in Amritsar in the second week of September and will be there for another 15 days for some more romantic sequences with Sunny. She also has some important scenes with Akshay, which will be shot at a later date as the actor is back in Mumbai for his television show''.
The beautiful actress recently completed the Mauritius schedule of her show. After she completes her Gold schedule, she will resume the shoot for her upcoming show in Mumbai.
'Gold' is based on the 1948 London Olympics where independent India won its first Gold medal in hockey. It is slated for a release on August 15 next year.
Nikita is a popular television star and has been part of shows like 'Ek Duje Ke Vaaste' and 'Dream Girl'.
The former Miss India contestant will star opposite Vatsal Sheth and Zayed Khan in the upcoming romantic thriller show. Not many know that Nikita played a small role in the Armaan Jain 'starrer- 'Le Ke Hum Deewana Dil'.
