In an exclusive interview with News Nation's programme 'Khari Khari', Congress leader Digvijay Singh said that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is communal.
When asked whether he thinks Akhilesh is a communal leader in the view of the recent riots in UP's Muzaffarnagar, Digvijaya said, "I can bet on this that the performance of the Samajwadi Party in UP has been highly disappointing."
"The 84 Kosi Yatra is never been performed during this season. Why did the UP govt first allow the yatra and why did it ban it later? It was all a conspiracy," he added.
