Indian Army recruitment notification has been released for Short Service Commission NCC (Special) Entry Scheme for Men and Women candidates. All eligible and interested Unmarried Male and Female candidates need to visit the official website of Join Indian Army, i.e. joinindianarmy.nic.in. It is to note that the last date to apply for NCC Special Entry Scheme is February 6, 2020. Candidates need to check the official notification and eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the Short Service Commission NCC Special Entry Scheme.
The online application process for Indian Army NCC Special Entry Scheme has already started and the last date to fill the online application is February 6, 2020. A total of 55 vacant posts are going to be filled through this recruitment drive out of which 50 are for men and 5 for women.
In order to apply for the NCC Special Entry Scheme, candidates need to have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with minimum 50 percent marks. Students studying in the final year are also eligible to apply for the post. However, final year students applying for the post need to have secured 50 percent marks in the first two years of Graduation. Candidates in the group of 19 to 25 years as on July 1, 2020 can apply for the respective NCC Post. Candidates should not be born earlier than July 2, 1995 and not later than July 1, 2001.
Candidates will have to clear two stage exams to get shortlisted for the NCC Special Entry Scheme. Candidates who qualify the Stage 1 exam need to appear for the Stage II exam that will be SSB interview. The SSB round will be conducted for 5 days.
