Office of the Coal Controller Recruitment Notification has been released for the posts of Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Legal Assistant, Staff Car Driver and Senior Investigator. All eligible and interested candidates need to apply in the prescribed format latest by April 14, 2020. Candidates can also visit the official website of Coal Controller, i.e. coalcontroller.gov.in to check the official recruitment notification 2020. Candidates must make sure to go through the official notification and eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the respective post.

It is to note that a total of 16 vacant positions are going to be filled through this recruitment drive out of which 1 vacancy each is for Legal Assistant post, Senior Investigator Post and Staff Car Driver Post. 13 vacancies are for Upper Division Clerk Post.

In order to apply for the Legal Assistant Post, candidates should be holding analogous posts as Officers in Central or State Government offices. In addition, candidates must have a degree in Law with 3 years of relevant experience. The age limit for this post is 56 years. For the post of Senior Investigator, candidates should be holding analogous posts as Officers in Central or State Government offices, and the age limit for this post is 56 years.

Candidates applying for the Upper Division Clerk Post, must hold an analogous pot on regular basis in the respective department. Candidates should also have completed 8 years of regular service in the LDC post. Candidates applying for the post of Staff Car Driver, candidates should have passed class 10 exam from a recognized board and should be between 18 years and 25 years. Candidates must have driving experience of 3 years and should have knowledge of the motor mechanism.
