Punjab Police Recruitment 2019 Notification for 5000 vacancies is going to be released soon. According to the media reports, the government has issued an order in regard to 19000 job vacancies in different departments out of which 5300 vacancies are to be filled in electricity department, 5000 for paramedic, 5000 for police department and 2500 vacancies for teachers. The notification regarding this huge recruitment drive in police department will be uploaded on the Punjab police website shortly. The official website of Punjab Police Department is punjabpolice.gov.in. Candidates will be able to fill the application form and check the eligibili8ty criteria by visiting the official website of Punjab Police Department.
According to reports, the Police Department has earlier filled 7416 vacancies in 13 departments in 2016. The 750 vacancies out of the 7416 vacancies were for constable driver posts, 725 for intelligence assistant, 388 for constable operator, 200 vacancies for Constable SPU, 267 vacancies for Jail Warder, 112 vacancies were for Intelligence Officer, 29 were for SI Operator, 73 for Constable Academy and 17 vacancies were for Inspector Sportsperson Posts.
It is to note that the police department releases the prime recruitment notification every 3 years for its respective departments. All eligible and interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of Punjab police.
