FCI Category 2 notification 2019 has been released by Food Corporation of India for Managerial posts. The FCI Notification is published in the employment news of September 28 to October 4, 2019. The FCI is going to fill vacant posts of Management Trainee in the field of Depot, General, Movement, Technical, Accounts, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Other than management trainee, FCI Category 2 vacancies also include FCI manager post.
All candidates who will successfully clear the FCI Category 2 exam will be shortlisted for the FCI management trainee posts and will have to undergo a 6 months training. Once the FCI training tenure gets over, candidates will be placed as Manager in the organization.
It is to note that the FCI Recruitment exam will be done through online exam, and candidates are advised to visit the official website, i.e. recruitmentfci.in. to apply for the FCI Grade 2 posts for East, North, South and West Zones. The last date to apply for the FCI Recruitment Grade 2 2019 exam is October 27, 2019. Meanwhile, the notification regarding the FCI Category 2 Manager Posts will be released soon on the official website of FCI.
The number of vacancies released by FCI for the post of Management Trainee are North Zone - 24 Posts, South Zone - 65 Posts, West Zone - 15 Posts, East Zone - 37 Posts and North East- 26 Posts. The FCI Grade 2 salary for the several posts will be in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 after successful completion of the training.
FCI Category 2 2019: Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for the Management Trainee Posts in the field of General, Movement and Depot, candidates need to have Graduation Degree from a recognized university with 60% marks or CS/ICWA/CA. Candidates who wish to apply for all other posts in the accounts, technical and Hindi field need to refer the employment news dates September 28, 2019 to October 4, 2019.
FCI Category 2 2019: Selection Process
Candidates who are applying for the FCUI Grade 2 Management Trainee posts will be selected through written exam followed by interview and training rounds. In addition, for Manager (Hindi) posts, candidates will be selected based on their performance in online exam and interview.
