Chief Manager (Mines): Candidates need to have B.Tech/B.E Degree in Mining or equivalent from a recognized university.
Manager/Chief Manager (Systems): Applicants must have B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication. Candidates have SAP certificates will be given preference.
Manager (Personnel): Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in Social Work with specialization in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labor Welfare Or Master Degree/Diploma in IRPM Or MBA in Personal Management from a recognized university.
Manager/Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts): Candidates mus5t have CA/ICWA/CMA degree from any recognized Institute.
Electrical Supervisor: Candidates with Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any recognized Institute are eligible.
