IRFC (Indian Railway Finance Corporation) recruitment notification has been released for General Manager and other Managerial posts in various categories. A total of 8 vacant Managerial Positions are going to be filled through this recruitment drive. The name of the posts includes General Manager (Finance), Additional General Manager (Finance), Joint General Manager (IT), Joint General Manager (HRM), Deputy General Manager (Finance), Manager (Finance) and Manager (Business Development). All eligible and interested candidates must make sure to apply through the prescribed format latest by February 13, 2020.

IRFC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for every respective post is different. The eligibility criteria will depend upon the nature of the job. The eligibility criteria for every position is as follows:

To apply for the General Manager post, candidates need to CMA/CA degree from ICAI with a minimum 16 years of post-qualification experience in Central/State organizations. For the Joint General Manager (IT) post, candidates need to B.Tech/BE a degree in IT or MCA or MBA IT with at-least 70 percent marks and a minimum 10 years of experience. Out of 10 years' experience 8 years of experience should be in the IT field.

Candidates applying for the Joint General Manager (HRM) post need to have full time MBA HR degree with a minimum of 70 percent marks from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates also need to 10 years of overall of experience out of which 8 years of experience should be in HRM and CSR. For the AGM (Finance) post, candidates need to have CA/CMA degree from ICAI with 13 years of experience in the respective field.

In order to apply for the DGM post, candidates need to have a CA/CMA degree from ICAI with a minimum 7 years of experience in the respective field. For the Manager (BD) post, candidates should full time MBA/PGDM Marketing/International Marketing degree with 4 years of experience. Out of the total years of experience, 2 years of experience in the field of Business Development is mandatory. CA/CMA graduates from ICAI with 4 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply for the Manager post.
