MPSC has released the Combined State Civil Services Exam 2020 notification for the recruitment of Civil posts. It is note that a total of 200 vacant positions of Civil Posts such as Deputy Superintendent of Police, Deputy Collector, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies are going to be filled through this recruitment drive conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission. All interested and eligible candidates need to apply through the prescribed format latest by January 13, 2020.
The MPSC Combined State Civil Services Exam will be held in two phases, which includes Prelims and Main exam. The Combined State Civil Services Prelims exam and Main Exam will be held on April 5, 2020 and August 2, 3, 4, 2020 respectively. Out of the 200 vacancies, 10 are for Assistant State Tax Commissioner, 1 for Assistant Commissioner/ Project officer, 7 for Deputy Chief Executive Officer, 25 each for Deputy Education Officer and Class Officer, 6 each for Deputy Superintendent, Land Record and Deputy Superintendent, State Excise Fee. In addition, 73 and 47 vacancies are for the posts of Naib Tehsildar and others respectively.
In order to apply for the respective posts, candidates need to have Bachelor’s Degree. In addition, candidates must be above 17 years of age to apply for the MPSC 2020 exam. For more details, candidates need to check the official notification.
