PSSSB Recruitment Notification has been released for Food Safety Officer. All interested and eligible candidates need to apply through the prescribed format latest by February 10, 2020. To apply for the Food Safety officer, candidates need to visit the official website of PSSSB, i.e. punjabsssb.gov.in to check the official notification and eligibility criteria. After going through the official notification, candidates need to click on the registration link and apply accordingly.

It is to note that a total of 25 vacant positions of Food Safety Officer are going to be filled through this recruitment drive.
In order to apply for the Food Safety Officer, candidates need to have a degree in Dairy Technology or Food Technology. Candidates with degree in the disciplines of Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Science or Micro Biology can also apply for the respective post. Candidates having Master Degree in Medicine or Chemistry are also eligible to apply.
In addition, candidates should have passed their matriculation exam in Punjabi and should be in the age bracket of 18 to 37 years.
Candidate will be selected for the Food safety Officer on the basis of a written test. Further, the application fee for general candidates is 600 whereas the application fee for SC/EWS candidates is Rs 150.
