The registration process for UGC NET exam will begin from September 9, 2019. The CSIR UGC NET 2019 exam for December session is going to be held on December 15, 2019 for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) and Lectureship. The exam will be conducted for the subjects of Earth Science, Life Science, Chemical Science, Mathematical Science and Physical Science. Importantly, the UGC NET registration will begin from September 9 to October 9, 2019

In order to apply for the given posts, candidates should have postgraduate degree in M.Sc., MBBS or integrated BS-MS qualification. The exam will be conducted in offline mode and comprises multiple choice questions.

The list of important dates in respect to CSIR UGC NET 2019 is mentioned below:

  • CSIR NET Registration Starts: September 9, 2019
  • Last day to Submit CSIR NET Application Form: October 9, 2019  
  • Issue of CSIR NET Admit Card: November 9, 2019
  • CSIR UGC NET 2019 Exam: December 15, 2019    

In order to apply for the CSIR UGC NET Exam, candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps:

  • First, candidates need to visit the official website, csirhrdg.res.in
  • Then, click on the apply online link at the bottom of the homepage
  • Enter all the required details in the newly opened page
  • Upload the digital copies of photograph, signature and all other documents as mentioned
  • Verify all the information and click on the submit button
  • A system generated Application Number will be assigned to you after submitting the form.
  • System generated unique application number will be generated
  • Make the fee payment and take a printout of the duly filed application form
