They got themselves very, very close; but two brilliant overs from Jordan and Stokes snuffed out Sri Lanka's fire to beat them by just 10 runs. With the way England qualify for the semis.
Good effort by England as they post 171 runs and thanks largely to Buttler's 66 from 37. England scored 72 from the last 5 overs - which is quite a comeback from where they were earlier against Sri Lanka in ICC T20 World Cup 2016 at Kotla.
